- Ongoing monitoring of the target's systems in scope for the engagement window, with alerts sorted and sent to your contacts
- You receive
- A decision memo with the main technical risks and the evidence behind them
- Security, architecture, dependency and operations findings
- Open questions, missing evidence and the limits of the review
- Fix priorities for closing and the first 100 days
- A walkthrough for the buyer, investment team or underwriter
- Monitoring findings, alerts we raised and next actions for the engagement window
- We need
- The target, its main product and your decision deadline
- Permission to review the target's information, and a contact at the target
- Data room material, architecture notes and read-only access to code or cloud where agreed
- Your investment, acquisition or underwriting questions
- Monitoring access or data feeds, alert contacts and who to call when something is urgent
- Limits
- Technical Due Diligence starts at $5,000 per engagement, not per year. We quote several targets or a larger estate separately.
- Active penetration testing, a full code review and post-deal fixes need extra scope.
- We assess technical evidence and risk. Legal opinions, valuations, investment decisions and cover decisions stay with your own specialists.
- Monitoring covers the systems and signals we agree, for the engagement window. We write down methods, triage hours and escalation times before it starts. Monitoring does not guarantee that an incident will be contained.
Questions from deal teams and insurers.
Is the $5,000 price annual?
No. Technical Due Diligence starts at $5,000 per engagement, for one target and its main product.
Can the review support cyber insurance?

Do you need the target's permission?
Yes. We need permission to review the target's information and a contact at the target.
Is ongoing monitoring included?
Yes. We monitor the target's systems in scope for the full engagement window. We agree access, reporting, contacts and triage hours before it starts.
